30 seconds of MUSE bliss! MTV releases snippet of "Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever)"

Muse is on The Twilight Saga: Eclipse sountrack and life could not be sweeter!!! If you are a MUSE & Twilight fan, I honestly believe you will LOVE the new track that will commence radio play on May 17th! The song sounds amazing and totally has MUSE written all over it!

"The song itself doesn't stray very far from Muse's wheelhouse, which is to say that it sounds epic, spacey and positively majestic, full of crashing drums, doomy piano stabs and fleet-fingered guitars that spiral heavenward. Frontman Matthew Bellamy sings for the rafters, belting out couplets like "Love is forever/ And we'll die, we'll die together" — which seem to capture the forbidden love between Bella and Edward quite nicely, don't they?" -Mtv.com

I had my first opportunity to see MUSE in Vancouver on April 1st and they were amazing! I can't wait to see them again in September! I'm definitely excited to see that they have decided to continue with the Twilight Saga Soundtrack legacy! Check out the 30 sec preview below and soak in the MUSE tunes!

Cover of Eclipse Sountrack Revealed

The Eclipse soundtrack has been kept pretty much hush hush, and may of us fans have been speculating about who we will see on the sountrack too. Recently, we were given a small glimpse of who will be on the soundtrack with the preview of Muse's song Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever). The single, which will be on the soundtrack, is set for release on May 17. The soundtrack itself however, while available now for preorder on amazon.com, won't be available until June 8. The cover to the cd has been released and is now posted on amazon.com. It is, in keeping with the previous two soundtracks, keeping its cover art similar to the posters used to advertise the films themselves.

Adam Lambert on Eclipse Sountrack?

Oh please God tell me NO! I liked him on American Idol and all, but I just...can't! Sorry, after the AMA's and my daughters scorned eyes that will NEVER be the same, I can't say I'm the same fan I used to be. Sorry ya'll thats just my honest opinion.

So...here's the story!

Adam Lambert's "Time for Miracles" has already been featured on the soundtrack for "2012." But the "American Idol" runner-up is already thinking about having a song accompany another potential blockbuster: "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse."

Lambert thinks "Suburban Decay," a track produced by Rob Cavallo that didn't make it onto For Your Entertainment, should find a new home on the June 2010 movie's soundtrack.

"It's a great song and I hope to perform it someday, and I think it will find a home, on a soundtrack or something ... maybe 'Twilight,' " he told MTV News. "It just didn't quite fit [in my album]. It's very theatrical. ... It's very campy, and it was just a bit too campy for the album as a big picture."

Although the vibe was all wrong for his album, it might be perfect to score the intensifying love triangle between Bella, Jacob and Edward. "Hey, 'Eclipse' ... Want my song? It's kind of about vampires," he offered, noting a verse about "bloodlust."
